Biffy Fox Cotter (JJ's Twin:)
A yoga teacher, shamanic healer and described by her yoga students...an angel. Biffy found yoga in 2001 while facing challenges in life. Yoga and spiritual healing work gave her the courage to follow her heart and listen to that small voice inside and actually do what it said! Biffy believes the more healing work we do reminds us to live life guided by the heart and intuition. To live in the present moment, enjoy simple things, play daily, work some, express truth and let go of fear and anger.
